This website has been designed to inform you of the services available from the surgery and how you can obtain them. We trust that you will find it helpful and informative.

HOW TO SEE THE DOCTOR

Although you are registered with one of the doctors you can see any of the others if you wish. It is sensible, and strongly encouraged, that you see the same doctor most of the time.

AT THE SURGERY

All the doctors have their own and differing times but are generally available during the following times....

EASTER CLOSURE Please note, we will be closed on Friday 10th and Monday 13th 2009 as they are bank holiday's. If you require a doctor in an emergency during the practice closure, please contact the Out of Hours service on 023 92377921.

ONLINE SERVICES If you have access to the internet, you can now book your appointments (and cancel them) and request repeat medication online. If you would like to take advantage of this facility, please contact the surgery for a registration letter. Please note, due to patient confidentiality, we can only issue registration letters to the patient and not to other members of the family (unless under the age of 16).

BLOOD PRESSURE We now have a blood pressure machine for patient use in our waiting room. Please use this for routine blood pressure checks. This will avoid you having to book an appointment with the nurse. Please ask the reception staff for help if you require it.

There has been a recent extension to the prescription line. You will now be able to phone up and order your prescription 10:30am until 12:30pm on 01489 574063.

Musculo-Skeletal Clinic: For new joint/muscular problems that may have come on recently e.g. back pain, joint pain, neck pain or sprains, we are offering a special clinic led by the physiotherapist. This clinic does not provide physiotherapy treatment, but allows an early assessment of a recent problem. Also speeding up the diagnosis and organisation of any further treament which is needed. Please book an appointment in our new specialised clinics.
